The Bursar's Office is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor and is led by the Bursar, whose powers and duties are outlined in the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Constitution under the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan Statute (Bursar) 2020.
The Bursar's Office is responsible for the financial management of UMK, which comprises three (3) main divisions and sections as follows:
Financial Management Division
Fund Managing Division
Operations Management Division
Administration and Credit Control Section
The university financial administration leader based on the international standards whilst in line with the aspiration of the university
Providing financial services which caters the client's needs in line with the direction of the institution by practicing professional financial administration with integrity, legality and accountability in fulfilling the aspiration of the university
