  • Distribute the Annual Allocation to all PTj in the first week of January every year
  • Ensuring Local Orders are issued within seven (7) days after approval by the Approving Committee
  • Ensuring the payment process is completed within seven (7) days after complete documents are received
  • Ensuring vehicle and computer loan applications are processed for approval within seven(7) days after receiving a complete application
  • Ensuring asset registration in the IMS system is registered within three (3) days
  • Ensuring scholarship refunds to students are completed within ten (10) days
